Welcome to Family Solutions Counseling Services! 

In 2015, Family Solutions Counseling Services, LLC was founded to provide support to the children, adolescents, adults and parents of my community. Throughout my career, it has been my mission to meet clients where they are and offer insight with a kind, supporting and caring approach to help guide them through self-exploration, transformation and healing. My experience is with children, families and adults in community agencies, outpatient clinics, a college counseling center and in-home therapy since 2002.  

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety and emotional dsyregulation in children, helping teens navigate the transition from adolescence into adulthood, relationship issues, and parent coaching.  

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Criminology from Millersville University and earned a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University.  In addition, I have completed post-graduate coursework at Monmouth University in the specialty of Play Therapy, as well as training at the Center for Play Therapy at the University of North Texas, intensive workshops in Sand Tray therapy, and an 8 week course in Internal Family Systems, etc.
